Degree Offerings

天美传媒 offers a Master of Science degree in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership, and three graduate certificates in Leadership, Nonprofit Leadership, and Organizational Development.

Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership

A Master's Degree in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership requires a minimum of 33 total credits. The Core program courses total 24 credits, and the Concentration courses total an additional 9 credits. The student's major is only printed on the official transcript, not the diploma.

Master of Science

1. Core program courses must be completed.
2. One Concentration must be declared and completed for an additional 9 credits.

Certificates in Leadership, Nonprofit Leadership, and Organizational Development

These Graduate Certificates each require a minimum of 12 total credits. The student's major is only printed on the official transcript, not the diploma.
