Course Load Policy
Undergraduate
Undergraduate students wishing to take fifteen (15) or more credits of coursework in the spring or fall semesters, or six (6) credits in each summer term, at the College must have an academic grade point average of 3.0 or higher and obtain the approval of their academic counselor.
Undergraduate students must also have advisor approval to take more than six (6) credits in an eight (8) week term and three (3) credits in a five (5) week term.
Graduate
Graduate students wishing to take more than six (6) credits of coursework in a semesters, or three (3) credits in each sub-term, at the College, must seek approval from the Graduate Director prior to registering for courses.
